Cottage Information
- There are two bedrooms with a full size bed in each that will comfortably sleep four people. The sofa bed sleeps two more.
- Maximum occupancy of six (including children).
- Large living area with automatic heat.
- Completely insulated.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and freezer (for taking home those large catches) as well as some small appliances such as a microwave oven, coffee maker and crock pot etc.
- Modern shower and flush toilet.
- Government tested well water.
- Satellite TV and DVD player are present and available for use but not guaranteed or included in rental agreement.
- Bonfire Pit.
- Land line phone for local calls only.
Rates
The rate is $650.00 per week. A $325.00 deposit is required. Your week is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The balance is due four weeks prior to reserved week. No other persons may be admitted other than those on the reservation. Weekly rates run Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 1:00 P.M. check-out at 10:00 A.M. Boating
Enjoy our private docks. There is room to comfortably dock three boats.
Boat launch and equipment rentals available nearby.

Cottage Regulations
- No pets.
- No cleaning fish in cottage (fills septic).
- No camping vehicles or equipment on grounds.
- Leave cottage as clean as you found it. (There is no maid service between you and the next renter).
- Clean outside fire pit.
- Clean stove, refrigerator, freezer.
- Clean sinks, shower and toilet.
- Sweep and damp mop floors.
- Cleaning supplies are provided and should take no more than 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete.

Trash Removal
We have a small shed at the top of the driveway for your garbage. Please put garbage in 30 gal. trash bags provided. Place any smaller kitchen bags into the 30 gallon bags in order to limit the number of bags in the shed. Keep the doors to the shed closed and latched at all times so animals do not get into the trash. By law we must recycle. Recycling bins are located next to the cottage. Please sort trash as noted on the bins.
